You have been wondering what all this acroyoga-craze is about? Why is it becoming more and more popular? How would you do it? Would you do it? Of course you would and you could! Join us for a class to try it out and see for yourself that YOU CAN DO IT : )

You will not only spend these hours in great company practicing acroyoga. Acroyoga is something that builds trust, communication, self-esteem and cooperation. Learning a few basic postures and movements you can connect to and understand yourself and each other more. Achieving something that might seem impossible at first sight will leave you with a sense of success and peace. And best of all, you can take this experience with you and re-live it once back home.

In our class you will wake up your inner child. There will be games and laughs and of course pretty poses with pictures taken.

- demos, poses
- cooling down, stretching (thai massage - if you like that :))
- feedback
