Here you can concentrate on your body feeling according to your wishes in a calm and relaxed atmosphere and recharge your batteries with Pilates exercises specially designed for you.

So you can fully concentrate on the essentials, your health and your body feeling.

In the group or private lessons you will learn the principles of the Pilates method. With gentle, controlling and flowing movements you strengthen your abdominal back and pelvic floor muscles.

The session lasts 1 hour and includes a warm-up program, body abdominal, back and pelvic floor workout, and cool down with stretching.
