Stop At: Taroko National Park, No.291, Fushi Fushi Vil., 97253 Taiwan

Taroko National Park is one of the nine national parks in Taiwan with many beautiful attractions.This park features high mountains and sheer gorges. Many of its peaks tower above 3,000m in elevation, with many natural wonders. The spectacular Taroko Gorge and the scenic beauty of Liwu River can be conveniently viewed from the Central Cross-Island Highway. The varied mountain peaks, numerous waterfalls, diverse plant forms and animal life, together with the indigenous Taroko people, create the rich texture of this unique natural ecosystem.

Stop At: Eternal Spring Shrine, in Taroko National Park Taiwan

Eternal Spring Shine which commemorates the 226 personnel (military veterans) who died during the construction of the Central Cross-Island Highway (1956~1960). Spring water adjacent by the Eternal Spring Shine flows all year round, and the Highway Bureau named it after "Changchun Falls." It is now scenic spot with special significance on the Central Cross-Island Highway.

Stop At: Yanzihkou Trail, Xincheng Township Xiulin Township, Hualien City Taiwan

Following the Central Cross-Island Highway, at Yanzikou (Swallow Grotto) the rock cliffs of the Liwu River gorge seem to reach to heaven while the river runs its swiftest and the distance between the gorge walls so narrow that they almost seem to touch each other.

Stop At: Tunnel of Nine Turns Trail, Taiwan

The 1,220m-long Tunnel of Nine Turns (Jiuqudong) Tunnel is the longest tunnel of the Central Cross-Island Highway, while the 700 meters long Tunnel of Nine Turns (Jiuqudong) Trail is the best part of Taroko Gorge. The trail snuggles against the tall mountain and deep gorge. If you look down, you will see Liwu River gushing swiftly past the mountain walls facing each other so closely. You will be astonished at the craftsmanship of nature that has created these treacherous terrains.

Stop At: Tianxiang Scenic Are, Xiulin Township, 972 Taiwan

Tianxiang is a large river terrace recreational area in Taroko National Park. Dasha River and Taci Jili River converge at Tianxiang to become Liwu River. This area has large parking space, recreational Plum Garden, and the 5 star hotel-Silks Place Taroko. This is the only 5 star hotel in Taroko National Park.

After lunch, you will visit the beautiful beach at Cisingtan Scenic Area, and then proceed to Hualien Stone Sculptural Park to visit a marble factory. When the tour ends, you will be transferred back to the Hualien Railway Station to take the train back to Taipei by 7:00 PM, and then you will be dropped off at your hotel in Taipei.
