Head to your hotel or intended destination in Bangkok city, Pattaya, Hua Hin or Ayutthaya from Don Mueang Airport with our private transport service. At check out, please inform us of your destination, we will communicate it to the designated driver. From there, the driver will pick you up and drop you off. Upon meeting our representative, please wait for our vehicle to arrive from the parking lot which will take 10-15 minutes on average. In the event of traffic congestion on key holidays, it might take longer.

Look for your name on the board at Exit 5. Once you find it, talk to the representative standing nearby (Information on how to identify them will be sent a day prior) and they will take you to the vehicle.

Once he picks you up, he will take you to your specified hotel address. If you have changed hotels since making a booking with us, please contact us with the new hotel name and address!

• The driver can speak basic English only.
• Please provide a valid phone number and email to ensure we can contact you.
• Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 24" will be considered 2 pieces.
• Please inform us if you are bringing equipment which may exceed the length or width of the standard luggage size, and any other special considerations when checking out.
• An additional surcharge may incur for locations outside of Bangkok city limits. We will contact you to confirm the surcharge amount if any.
• The duration of transfers is approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• There will be a surcharge of 100 THB every 30 minutes after 60 mins of waiting, starting when the plane touches down.
