What you pay will get you to where you want to go, fuel included.

Upon meeting our representative, please wait for our vehicle to arrive from the parking lot which will take 10-15 minutes on average. In the event of traffic congestion on key holidays, it might take longer.

The driver will be waiting for you at Survanabhumi airport, Arrival floor at exit 3 - 4. He will be holding a sign with your name. Just approach him and show him your booking ticket sent to you by Tripadvisor upon booking confirmation and payment.

You may have to wait for him to retrieve his parked vehicle, which will take about 10 minutes. Please understand that this is due to the restriction of cars being parked right at the exit.

Once he picks you up, he will take you to your specified hotel address. If you have changed hotels since making a booking with us, please contact us with the new hotel name and address!

• Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 24" will be considered 2 pieces.
• Please inform us if you are bringing equipment which may exceed the length or width of the standard luggage size, and any other special considerations when checking out.
• An additional surcharge may incur for locations outside of Bangkok city limits. We will contact you to confirm the surcharge amount if any.
• The duration of transfers is approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• There will be a surcharge of 100 THB every 30 minutes after 60 mins of waiting, starting when the plane touches down.
