Kanchanaburi​ is the most famous for Bridge on the River Kwai and well known for prisoners of war (POWs) who lost their lives in the Second World War. You will visit the war museum and Kanchanaburi war cemetery. The opportunity to ride a local train to restaurant and you will see agricultural area with sugar cane, rice paddies and pineapple plantations all forming significant portions of the stunning Thai rural landscape.
