The “Harmonizing Tea” workshop is focused to experience the harmonizing and balancing effect of various herbal blends on the body energy centres and to co-create the unique harmonizing herbal tea that benefits you most!

One of the precious gifts from our mother Earth is the amazing range of herbs, flowers, fruits and spices with the abilities to naturally clean, detoxify and harmonize our physical and energy bodies. Herbal Teas and flowers/fruits infusions compliment greatly for all new energies of light and love to embrace us and shine throughout brightly. 

Workshop Schedule : 

17:00            - meet at Sunday Art Studio 

17:00-17:30  - introduction & meditation 

17:30-18:30  - tea creation 

18:30-19:00  - tea party 

19:00              - end of workshop

The workshop is held in 2 parts:
• Introduction 

Learn the various herbs balancing effects on the body Energy Centers.

        2. Meditation & Tea Blend Creation

Let’s meditate together to activate and balance the chakras and to achieve the harmonious state of co-creation. After that, allow yourself to intuitively select your personalized Herbal Tea Blend with various herbs, fruits, and flowers and spice ingredients specially prepared for the class. We will boil it then, so you can feel the aromas and tastes, completing your perfect Cup of Harmonizing Tea and share the experience while having a small herbal tea party. At the end of the class you will take the sample of your “Harmonizing tea”, so you can recreate it at home for a perfect state of Harmony whenever you feel like having your Perfect Cup of Tea!

The workshop includes:
- The range of about 20 herbs, flowers, fruits, spices and natural sweetens: honey, brown sugar
- Individual tea pot and tea cup set
- Meditation
