Pai River Whitewater Rafting Overnight Expedition

Paddle through the main Wildlife Sanctuary of Mae Hong Son province riding the rapids of one of Thailand's greatest rivers. Departing from Pai town, this two-day rafting expedition will take you to the unseen wilderness of Northern Thailand where you will spend overnight in a bamboo jungle hut, an unforgettable wilderness adventure!

Itinerary

Day 1: Full day river rafting and overnight at a jungle camp

Stop At: Pai River, Pai Thailand
Paddle down the Pai river aboard our sturdy inflatable rafts, guided by our experienced local captains.
Duration: 5 hours

Meals included:
• Lunch: Pack lunch on river bank
• Dinner: A delicious Thai dinner set is cooked by your guides and captains
Accommodation included: Overnight in jungle camps setting (bamboo longhouse under mosquito nets)

Day 2: Rafting down to Mae Hong Son

Stop At: Namtok Mae Surin National Park, Highway No.108 Pha Bong, Mae Hong Son 58000 Thailand
After a substantial breakfast, we board the rafts for the second day of our expedition. Spending the morning paddling sets of rapids through stunning jungle scenery, we stop for a pack lunch on the river bank. Continuing further down the river we pull out to the river bank mid-afternoon (depending on water level) where the rafting trips come to an end. After two days of adventure on the magnificent Pai river, we transfer by vehicle to Mae Hong Son city/airport, or transfer back to Pai with our support vehicle (covered pick-up truck “songtaew”).

Note: Participants can choose to end the trip at Mae Hong Son airport (airfare not included).
