Real Rock Climbing Certified Courses at Railay Beach Krabi

• Learn to climb like a pro and get certified to international standards! Our instructors are the only licensed instructors in the South of Thailand authorized to issue certifications for Sport Climbing Levels 1-3.
• Each course is PRIVATE, recommended for beginner and novice climbers! One-on-one teaching to maximize your time practicing skills and accelerate your learning.
• 1 Day Course: Level 1 Sport Climbing Certification (Basic rock climbing skills, top rope, and lead belay course.) This is our introductory course to rock climbing where we teach you all the skills necessary to get started and climb safely in an indoor gym or outdoors. This course includes instruction on proper use of equipment, basic tie-in-knots, how to belay a partner, climbing commands and simple climbing technique. At the end of the day you will be assessed on what you have learned and issued a certification for Level 1 Sport Climbing.

2 Day Course: Level 2 (for Level 1 climbers) Sport Climbing Certification (Beginner lead climbing, Knots, Top out technique & Anchor setting) Pre-requisite: SNCS Sport Climbing Level 1 Certificate or equivalent. This course is designed as a follow on from the Sport Climbing Course Level 1. This course builds on the top-rope skills acquired on the previous course and teaches a progression into lead climbing on outdoor climbing walls. Participants on this course should be confident in all the techniques covered on the previous course before undertaking this more advanced level course. 

2 Day Course: Level 3 (for Level 2 climbers) Sport Climbing Certification (Advanced lead climbing, Advanced Knots & Hitches, Anchor Systems, Intro to Multi Pitch, Abseiling & Basic Cliff Self-Rescue.) Pre-requisite: SNCS Sport Climbing Level 2 Certificate or equivalent. This course is designed as a follow on from the Sport Climbing Course Level 2. This course builds on the lead climbing skills acquired on the previous course and teaches a progression into bolted multi-pitch climbing on outdoor climbing walls. Participants on this course should be confident in all the techniques covered on the previous course before undertaking this more advanced level course. 

3 Day Course: Levels 1-2 Sport Climbing Certification (This course combines Levels 1 & 2.) In this course you will make the transition from top rope climbing to the more advanced lead climbing. The first day we will teach you all the skills required to know for Level 1. During the 2nd and 3rd day this course builds on the top-rope skills acquired from Level 1 and teaches a progression into lead climbing. You will learn lead climbing technique, knots, and anchor setting on various types of bolts used for climbing worldwide. We will also teach you how to safely bail out of a climb if you cannot reach the top anchor. This is a very important lesson every climber should learn before attempting to climb without supervision from a trained guide or professional. At the end of the course you will be assessed on what you have learned and issued a certification for Level 2 Sport Climbing. 

4 Day Course: Levels 1- 3 Sport Climbing Certification (This course combines Levels 1, 2 & 3.) This course focuses on taking your lead climbing ability to the highest level. The first day we will teach you all the skills required to know for Level 1. The 2nd day will focus on the knots, lead climbing and anchor setting skills required for Level 2. The 3rd and 4th day you will learn more advanced technique, knots and hitches. You will learn the basics of multi pitch climbing and abseiling. As part of this course we also include basic cliff rescue skills for outdoor sport climbing. At the end of the course you will be assessed on what you have learned and issued a certification for Level 3 Sport Climbing.
