Our Rock the Wok team will teach you in our 5 hour cooking class not only how to cook authentic Thai food yourself, but also give you an intensive Thai spice & herb lecture, teach you how to make coconut milk the traditional way & curry paste from scratch and give you lots of insights about Thai lifestyle & culture.

Our Rock the Wok team will meet you at Siam Dreams Restaurant in Chaweng at 12pm and offer you a refreshing Thai-style herbal welcome drink after arrival. We will have an intensive Thai herb & spice lecture and will teach you how vegetables are grown and how to use them. Afterwards you will try exotic fruits & popular Thai sweets. We will teach you how to make coconut milk the traditional way and how to make curry paste from scratch. To decorate your plates we going to make roses from pandan leaves. Learn how to make 4 of your favorite Thai dishes with our Thai chef. Before enjoying your self-cooked dishes we will make an offering to the Phra Pum, the spirits of the earth and you will get to know more about Thai culture & beliefs.
