Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Day

Stop At: Istanbul Airport, Tayakadın, Terminal Caddesi No:1, 34283 Arnavutköy/İstanbul, Turkey
Welcome to Turkey, arrival into Istanbul where our driver will collect you and transfer from and check in to your hotel where the rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Day 2: Istanbul City Tour

Stop At: Istanbul, Istanbul
Leave your hotel in the morning after breakfast for an Istanbul City Tour where you will visit Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Blue Mosque, Hippodrome; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.

After a lunch break head to the Spice Bazaar and take a tour to the Bosphorus Cruise where Europe meets Asia.

Day 3: Istanbul - Abant Lake - Safranbolu

After breakfast depart for Abant Lake a beautiful freshwater lake in Turkey’s Bolu province.

Stop At: Safranbolu Eski Carsi, Safranbolu Turkey
After lunch depart for Safranbolu and on arrival walk through the historical Safranbolu Bazaar, continuing to Cinci Hodja Caravanserai, Kaymakamlar House and Cici Hodja Bath House.

Day 4: Safranbolu - Ankara

Stop At: Ataturk Museum Pavilion, Ziaur Rahman Cd. Çankaya Mahallesi, Ankara 06690 Turkey
After breakfast, depart Safranbolu and head to Ankara.

On arrival have time for lunch before taking the city tour of Ankara where you will get to visit Ataturk`s Museum and the Ataturk Mausoleum.

Day 5: Ankara - Hattusa - Amasya

Stop At: Hattusha, Bogazkale Beldesi Sungurlu Merkez, Sungurlu, Bogazkale Turkey
After breakfast travel to Hattusa, Yazilikaya and Alacahoyuk.

Hattusa was once the capital of the Hittite Empire in the late Bronze Age. Its ruins are close to modern Boğazkale, Turkey, within the great loop of the Kızılırmak River and were added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1986.

Yazılıkaya, Phrygian Yazılıkaya, or Midas Kenti is a village in Eskişehir Province, Turkey and is known for its Phrygian archaeological remains and an inscription mentioning Midas.

Stop At: Alacahoyuk Muzesi, Alacahoyuk Koyu/Alaca, Corum Turkey
Alacahöyük or Alaca Höyük is the site of a Neolithic and Hittite settlement and is an important archaeological site. It is situated in Alaca, Çorum Province, Turkey, northeast of Boğazkale, where the ancient capital city Hattusa of the Hittite Empire was located.

After lunch drive to Amasya for Amasya Tour.

Situated in Northern Turkey, Amasya is the capital of the Amasya province in the Black Sea area. Nestled in the mountains that overlook the sea, Amasya is famous for its juicy apples as well as its history that goes back to antiquity.

Day 6: Amasya - Trabzon

Stop At: Ataturk Kosku, Soguksu Cad., Trabzon Turkey
After breakfast, you will depart for Trabzon check in to your hotel and have the rest of your day at your leisure.

Day 7: Trabzon

Stop At: Trabzon Hagia Sophia Museum, Fatih Mah.Ayasofya Sok. Merkez Karadeniz manzarali, sahil karşisi., Trabzon Turkey
In the morning, depart for St. Sophia, a museum but was formerly a Greek Orthodox church that was transformed into a mosque in 1584. It dates back to the thirteenth century when Trabzon was the capital of the Empire of Trebizond.

Stop At: Ortahisar, Trabzon Turkey
Then visit the Ortahisar Mosque known as the major church of Trabzon and is located in the Ortahisar quarter and is believed that the church was constructed over the ruins of an ancient Roman temple by Hanmibalianos, the nephew of Roman Emperor Constantin (A.D. 325 - 364).

Stop At: Boztepe, Trabzon Turkey
Enjoy Lunch in Akcaabat one of the rare and charming coastal districts of the Black Sea of Trabzon.

In the afternoon, explore Trabzon and drive to Boztepe; tea from samovar with a panoramic view of the city.

Day 8: Sumela Monastery - Zigana - Karaca Cave

Stop At: Sumela Monastery, Trabzon Turkey
Depart for the 4th century Sumela Monastery a Greek Orthodox Monastery of the Virgin Mary, better known as Sumela Monastery and is one of the Black Sea's highlights.


Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Altindere National Park, Altindere Turkey
Relax beside the flowing stream at Altindere Valley National Park that consists of water canals, library, kitchen, guest rooms, cisterns, and the pool in which holy water was collected.

Stop At: Karaca Cave, Gumushane Cebeli Köyü Karaca Mahallesi, Torul 29800 Turkey
After lunch, travel along the Silk Road through the Zigana Mountains (Pontic Alps) will lead us to Karaca Cave and is considered to be the most beautiful in Turkey for its colours and formations.
