This tour is the perfect experience for nature lovers. Take the stress out of navigating and focus solely on the stunning views, by having transport provided.

In this spectacular full-day adventure, we will head to the following places:

+ Hawkshead Village - Historical English village that dates back to Nordic times. Small beautiful streets and shops to wonder.

+ Tarn Hows - This breath-taking tarn is owned and managed by the National Trust, it once belonged to Beatrix Potter, the site is of Special Scientific Interest.

+ Elterwater Village – This small quiet village is home to a small country pub and café perfect for afternoon lunch. There is great seating outside.. if you wish to lunch with the famous Herdwick sheep, strolling around the fells.

+ Ambleside Village – This will the last stop on our tour, Ambleside is a bustling little village full of shops, bars and cafes. A great place to see the famous “little house on the bridge” and grab some souvenirs of the Lake District.

Stop At: Main St, Hawkshead, Ambleside LA22 0NT, UK

Hawkshead is an ancient township that has flourished since Norse times, belonging to Furness Abbey until the 12th Century. Hawkshead grew as a market town, with many buildings dating from the 17th Century. The tiny village is still the same collection of higgledy-piggledy houses, archways, and squares beloved by William Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter.

Stop At: Tarn Hows, Lake District National Park, Coniston LA21 8AQ England

This breath-taking tarn is owned and managed by the National Trust, it once belonged to Beatrix Potter, the site is of Special Scientific Interest which means it is a natural protected area. Some argue there is nowhere in the Lake District with compared beauty.

Stop At: Lake District National Park, United Kingdom

Elterwater Layby – This small quiet​ village is home to a small country pub and café perfect for afternoon lunch. There is great seating outside if you wish to lunch with the famous Herwick sheep strolling around the fells.

Stop At: Lake Road Car Park, Ambleside LA22 0DB, UK
