Make your own gin using raw botanicals

This is the unique opportunity for you to make your own gin using raw botanicals and our unique one hour cold compound formula. Creating your very own gin from your own recipe, with over 30 botanicals to choose from, your gin really will be unique. Your 350ml bottle will be ready to take home at the end of the workshop.

Please note that this workshop is hosted in my home.

We will start with a gin tasting, trying three different gins which you will be able to help yourself to throughout the party. This will lead onto exploring and discussing the 30+ botanicals available. By now you will start to have an idea of what kind of gin you wish to create and will then be able to make your recipe.

Next you will measure out your chosen botanicals, and leave the alcohol to steep for one hour. During this time you will learn about the curious history of gin, name your gin and write tasting notes, and have some free time for chit chat and questions.

Finally your 350ml of gin is ready! The last half an hour is spend filtering your gin and bottling it ready to take home.

Sample Menu

• Floral gin - A floral gin made with hibiscus and rose petals, rounded off with lemon peel, rosemary and pink peppercorns.
• Savoury gin - A distinctive gin made with a variety of spices including black cardamom and cubebs.
• Citrus gin - This is our most traditional gin, it is a simple gin with just our base formula accompanied by lemon peel and orange peel.
