Mount Ephraim Country House & Gardens is a privately-owned family home comprising of over 800 acres of woodland, pasture and a fruit farm. At the heart of the estate lies the main house and gardens with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

In the ten acres of enchanting Edwardian gardens, terraces of fragrant roses lead to a small lake and woodland area overlooking orchards. A wide collection of spring bulbs and many beautiful mature trees are other highlights.

Whether you want to picnic by the lake, explore the arboretum, or stroll through the rose gardens, there is something for everyone and no two visits are the same.

The estate has been owned by the Dawes family since 1695 and is still run by members of the family today. It’s this family touch that lends Mount Ephraim Gardens their personal charm.
