1 2 Day Yellowstone Winter Tour- View LIVE Bears Wolves Otters Plus sledding

This is the only 1/2 day tour of Yellowstone National Park! We can leave morning or in afternoon giving you will have the other half of your day to spend how you wish. This is a great tour for children because we are guaranteed to view wildlife and we will go sledding!

We will see the spectacular scenery of NorthWest Yellowstone, look for wildlife, and take plenty of pictures. We will view live Grizzly Bears, Wolves, River Otters, and Raptors at a Non Profit Educational wildlife sanctuary managed by the NPS. Then we will have some fun by sledding in YNP

Let your guide drive the icy roads and provide captivating info while your group takes in the view of this stunning landscape that is locked in the grips of winter. Yellowstone is one the harshest winter environments in the Unites States.

All of our tours are Private and are led by a seasoned and local guide that has an education specific to the ecology of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem from Montana State University.

Itinerary

We will depart morning or afternoon and drive through one of the most scenic roads in Montana as we make our way into Yellowstone National Park. Along the way we will be driving along side the Gallatin River (made famous from Brad Pitt the movie A River Runs Through It), stunning canyons, forests, and prime habitat for wildlife. We will be on the look out for wintering wildlife such as: Moose, Wolves, Elk, Coyotes, Bald Eagles, Big Horn Sheep, and more. We will pull over several times to photograph and view wildlife with spotting scopes and binoculars.

We will also stop at the Grizzly Bear and Wolf Discovery Center - A Not-for-Profit, wildlife park and educational facility offering visitors to Yellowstone a chance to experience the world of live grizzly bears, gray wolves, river otters, and more from the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. All the animals at the Center are unable to survive in the wild and serve as ambassadors for their wild counterparts.

When we are ready to depart the Discovery Center we will go sledding then head back to Big Sky and drive back through YNP

At the end we can save your group a trip back into town as we can stop at any restaurant/ market in Big Sky.
