Whale Watching

Amazing whale watching and wildlife viewing await you during your visit to Hoonah, Alaska, near Icy Strait Point. I can't wait to share my knowledge of the humpback whales and the Hoonah area on this special tour. Our tour starts from the George Hull Boat Harbor in Hoonah, Alaska, which is only a one mile from the Icy Strait Point cruise port.  The tour is three hours long.  We will provide bottled water and chips and cookies on board for guests.  You may bring  your own snacks and beverages to enjoy

To start your tour you will be picked up at the Icy Strait Point excursion hub and transported to the George Hall boat harbor.  At the boat harbor you will board the M/V Silver Spoon and head out on your three hour tour. During your tour the Captain will share his knowledge of the area and of the whales and other wild life we may encounter.  Some of the other wild life we may encounter are Seal Lone, Seals, Sea Otters, Brown Bears, Killer Whales.  While on board the M/V Silver Spoon snacks and bottled water will be provided.  Upon returning to the boat harbor, you well then be transported back to Icy Strait Point.
