Start off in our state of the art Whole Body Cryotherapy Chamber ("not liquid nitrogen") for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes. If you don't like the cold our new Red Light Therapy pod helps you relax and decrease your inflammation, while healing your pains. Follow up with 15 minutes of Normatec air compression boots, arms or legs and/or try a spot treatment to target specific areas of pain and inflammation.

Also if you want to pamper yourself try our 8 minute cold air facial which tightens your skin and stimulates collagen. Or if you want to get rid of those frown lines try our Cryoskin facial. Look younger in just 20 minutes.
