Day 1: Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

9:00am - pick up at your Hotel

Walk down to Y Linh Ho, a village of the Hmong minority. See 100 year old rice terraces

Lunch at Y Line Ho village

Walk to Lao Chai, an established Black Hmong village

Be welcomed by a local family who run the first and only homestay owned by Black Hmong minority in the Sapa region

Dinner and overnight homestay accommodation

Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Sa Pa

On the morning of the second day, open your window and be treated to spectacular views across the rice terraces

8:00am breakfast

After breakfast walk to Ta Van where you will visit the Giay minority people, situated on the Muong Hoa river. Traditionally, the Giay were fishermen who fished with bamboo sticks, and cook their catch inside the bamboo. Today, you are more likely to see the Giay working in fields planting or harvesting rice

Continue to walk through a bamboo forest to reach Giang Ta Chai waterfall

Picnic lunch at Giang Ta Chai waterfall

​After lunch you take a walk down the main road to meet you car for transportation back to Sapa

Arrive Sapa at approximately 3:00pm
Duration: 4 hours
