DVD Rental Billing
When you sign up for your 30-day free trial, they'll ask you for a credit card number. If you're happy with Wal-Mart DVD Rentals, they will automatically begin billing your credit card when your free trial ends. If you're not completely satisfied, you can cancel your DVD service anytime during the 30-day free trial to avoid being billed for the next month.
- There are no late fees and you can cancel anytime by visiting your Membership Status page.
Getting and Sending Your DVD Rentals
Wal-Mart will ask for the address where you'd like your DVD rentals sent. They'll send titles based on availability and the order in which you have arranged them in Your DVD rental List.
As you finish with your DVDs, send it back in the prepaid envelope, and you'll be sent the next available title on Your DVD List.
- You may change your shipping address anytime by visiting Your DVD Rentals Account.
