Participate in making a meal using local ingredients and also take part in purchasing the ingredients as well as learning how the meal will be prepared.
Method prepartion is done using ecofriendly methods which leave a low carbon footprint.

Get to go to Maramba Market where you will get the opportunity to handpick the ingredients of the meal . From the market you will participate in meal preparation and get to see how Zambian cuisine is prepared giving you the chance to experience Zambian history through story telling and sharing of experiences with your host.
After the meal you will be transfered back to the hotel/lodge.

• Nshima and relish - Nshima ( Zambia's staple food) prepared with maize-meal, and a variety of local relishes of the season
• Roasted nuts, popped corn , Chikanda - Its a vegetarian root that is prepared as a starter.
• Muuyu drink
