Itinerary

Day 1: On the way to Valbona

Stop At: Komani Lake, Koman Albania
Komani Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Albania, situated in the middle of some of the highest mountains. The crystal green water is unforgettable.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Valbona Valley National Park, Valbona Albania
The National Park of Valbona Valley is located in Albanian Alps. It's surrounded by the highest peak of the Alps and an amazing forest, the river of Valbona flows directly from the Alps. The hospitality and the food is one of the other reasons why you should visit Valbona Valley. Here we will visit Valbona river, the mill, Xhems Lake.
Duration: 5 hours

• Breakfast: Traditional breakfast depending on the season: eggs, 'petulla', fresh juice, milk, honey.
• Lunch: The food will be traditional and sourced locally; mainly meat and vegetables.
• Dinner: The food will be traditional and locally sourced; Soup, vegetables, dairy, meat.
Accommodation included: Overnight at 'Burimi i Valbones', 3***.

Day 2: A day in the Alps

Stop At: Xhemes Lake, just 220 meters from the Bajrum Curri Road, Valbona Albania
A short hike at the Xhemes Lake. We will then visit the 'Mulliri i fshatit' where you will be able to see how the highlanders live.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 3: Back to Tirana

Stop At: Komani Lake, Koman Albania
Travelling back through the Komani lake
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Shkodra Lake, Shiroka, Shkoder Albania
On the way back we will go through the beautiful and old city of Shkodra. We will stop at the historic centre of Shkodra and have lunch there. Lunch is not include.
