4-Days Tour of Salta Cafayate and Humahuaca

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Salta Airport - Transfer In from Airport to Hotel - Afternoon City Tour
Stop At: Cerro San Bernardo, Salta Argentina
"San Bernardo" Hill is located east of the city of Salta, in the homonymous province, north of the Argentine Republic.
Together with the "20 of February" Hill, located near its north side, were declared a Municipal Natural Reserve of Salta.

Stop At: Historical Center, Salta 4400 Argentina
The historic center of Salta is unique, both in its urban layout and in its spatial and functional relationships, in the ratio between the built space and the free space -its large courtyards.
You can admire the views of the urban corridors of Calle Caseros to the Church of San Francisco and the Convent of San Bernardo. The city still conserves the original structure of the Cabildo, and the vestiges of the history passed in its walls.

Pass By: Quebrada de San Lorenzo, San Lorenzo 4400 Argentina
Villa San Lorenzo, or simply San Lorenzo, is located within the Lerma Valley and at the foot of the foothills in the jungles of the yungas (humid forests on the slopes of the mountains) is located at 1,450 meters above sea level, in the Capital District of the Province of Salta, north of the Argentine Republic.
With an area of 200 km2, the villa is located at the foot of the Quebrada de San Lorenzo and is crossed by the San Lorenzo River. It has around 15,000 inhabitants, a population that in summer doubles due to the number of tourists who come to spend the summer in the villa.1

Day 2: Salta - Cafayate
Stop At: cafayate, RP10, Salta, Argentina
After having breakfast, we will head south to Cafayate, the
capital city of the Calchaquíes Valleys, renowned worldwide for
its Torrontés wine production. After lunch we will visit one of
the wineries, returning to Salta city in time to enjoy stunning
sunset views.
After experience is over you will be transferred back to your
hotel.

Day 3: Salta - Humahuaca
Stop At: Quebrada de Humahuaca, Rio Grande Purmamarca Village, Humahuaca Argentina
From Salta, we head to Tilcara, a town of low, adobe (mudbrick) buildings and abundant archeological features. Before
stopping for lunch in Uquia, we will visit the UNESCO world
heritage site of Quebrada de Humahuaca, an enormous gorge
cut deep into the desert countryside. Thereafter we head to
Purmamarca, a Pre-Hispanic site famous for its Cerro de los
Siete Colores (Hill of Seven Colours) and its impressive
architectural buildings such as the picturesque chapel of Santa
Rosa dating back to 1648
After experience is over you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 4: Salta - Morning at Leisure and Transfer Out to Airport
