Meet the Filete adores Project

It is a theoretical-practical introduction in the world of a totally Argentine art: the filleting of Buenos Aires. We will meet at the Museum of the City, at the Bar del Filete. Having a rich coffee with ingredients, we will observe pioneering works of filleting and we will make a small introduction about the history and elements that make up the art of Argentine steak. Later we will go for a walk in San Telmo to see works and then we will return to lunch. Finally, we will have a practical filleting class in which you can take home a work made by you !!!

Itinerary

We are in the City Museum. First we will know the origin of the Buenos Aires steak and see works of the pioneers of filleting, then we will take a walk through San Telmo to see works of filleters, then we will have lunch and finally we will have a filleting class with a professional filler.
