Trekking to Cerro Bellavista TRK 9

A challenging trekking for those who like to gain height quickly in order to achieve unique panoramic views.

Itinerary

We will look for passengers in their accommodation to go to “El Tambo”, where we will start our ascent starting from 870 m.a.s.l. Our route of approximately 8 kilometers will be crowned by an imposing view of the mountain range and the lake system. The trail crosses a forest of coihues, multicolored flowers, reeds and
cypresses During the journey, we will stop at various viewpoints. We can observe different birds as we ascend, such as woodpeckers, condors and black-headed jotes, among others.
In the edge that takes us to the summit we can have lunch to replenish energies and continue until reaching 1770 m.a.s.l. from its summit, where we will have a 360 degree panoramic view of the mountains and valleys around Bariloche. From there you can also see the changes in biomes, from the Patagonian humid forest to the West to the steppe to the East.
