We will visit one of the oldest Armenian churches that is located right on entrance to Vagharshapat city.

Stop At: Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Vagarshapat, Vagharshapat, Armenia

Echmiadzin Cathedral is the center of Apostolic church and is the Armenian Vatican. Built in the 4th century of our decade it is considered to be the first Christian church in the world.

Stop At: Echmiadzin Historical & Ethnographic Museum, Miasnikian St., 110, Vagharshapat Armenia

We will visit the museum of Echmiadzin. During the 1600 years of its existence, Armenian apostolic church geathered a number of precious artefacts like holy lance the part of the arch or Noa, and so on.

Stop At: Saint Gayane Church, Issy-les-Moulineaux St., Vagharshapat Armenia

We will visit another not less famous church in the city. St Gayane used to be one of the abbesses who spread Christianity in Armenia.

In addition to the main landmarks of the tour, by request, we can visit also ruins of the Zvartnots cathedral. This glorious building stays one of the most beautiful sites of Armenia even after the being demolished by the devastating earthquake.

In addition to the main landmarks of the tour, by request, we may visit also memorial consecrated to Armenian soldiers that were killed in Sardarapat heroic battle.
