Stop At: Pyengana Dairy, St Columba Falls Road, Pyengana, Break O'Day, Tasmania 7216 Australia

Picking you up from your accommodation, it’s time to begin our journey to the fertile valleys of the Weldborough and Pyengana region to sample some of the best dairy produce in all of Tasmania.

Stop At: St Columba Falls Reserve, St Columba Falls Road, Pyengana, Break O'Day, Tasmania Australia

Once you’ve had your fill, we will get back on the road briefly to visit the falls that never stops, St. Columba Falls. Said to be the location of many Tasmanian Tiger sightings this ancient valley of man ferns plays host to a tranquil spot allowing you to stroll the valley whilst enjoying a freshly prepared morning tea.

Stop At: Blue Tier Forest Reserve, Weldborough, Break O'Day, Tasmania Australia

We leave the beautiful green hills behind and start our journey inland over the undulating bushy hills and through the valleys of the Blue Tier of the North East Highlands. Nestled in amongst the forest of musk, myrtle, mosses and Fern Trees is a giant Eucalyptus Regnans. Said to be the tallest flower plant in the world, the ‘Blue Tier Giant’ is 19.4m in girth and would take 15 adults to wrap their arms all the way around it!
With so much still left to see, we return to the vehicle and resume our direction to the coast through Lottah visiting the old Anchor Stamp mine site and beautiful sweeping pastures of Gould’s Country.

The next stop is the picturesque Bay of Fires (or Larapuna to give it it’s Aboriginal name) a region of stunning sugar-white beaches, clear blue water and orange-hued granite.
Here you’ll be surrounded by beach perfection from The Gardens, Swimcart Beach and Jeanneret Beach nearby. Set on the sands of Cosy Corner your personal chef prepares a cooked meal and dinning arrangement while you sip on Tasmanian wine and craft beer.

Stop At: Bay of Fires, Binalong Bay, Break O'Day, Tasmania Australia

We continue our exploration of the Bay of Fires, driving through the picturesque Binalong Bay and on to Boat Harbour Point. Here we will hop out of the 4×4 to fully appreciate this idyllic setting reflecting back on the days adventure.
