Our classes are affordable and accessible to all those wanting to learn or re-establish a consistent Yoga practice in the beautiful outdoors of Western Australia. We are the first incorporated, online Yoga school in Perth following our inception in 2013, in response to a growing number of gym-style, fast paced bricks & mortar studio classes which began to spread as Yoga became more popular. By reintroducing inclusivity to the melting pot of personalities in our community, and making events kind-spirited and non-serious, we refined the approachable, outdoor experience and optional donation programs we maintain to this day. All our teachers are Indian trained, qualified and insured, and as a Social Enterprise our mission is to improve the vitality and mobility of people residing in Australia by offering Yoga classes that restore and preserve the affordability and access to Yoga for all members of our local and wider community. We deploy tech-savy solutions and proven consistency.

Itinerary

Experience a breath-centred, traditional Yoga class in the outdoors on a Sunday morning. Feel calm and content with experiences, learning; Mantra, Kriyas (breath cleansing techniques) and Bandhas, applying them in movement. Be guided through the Ashtanga Primary series of postures at a dynamic pace to get the body and your energy moving and challenge the body to hold while the mind remains still.

We have spare mats and a beautifully, clean river home to black swans and dolphins. The class includes Yoga postures to develop flexibility and strength with a focus on balancing the autonomous nervous system and utilising core energy locks and inner strength. Guidance is given by the teacher.

The Ashtanga Primary series is a higher intensity practice than our other classes, utilising flow sequences, balancing postures, back bends, organ rejuvinating, twists and forward folds, with all movements undertaken in sync with the breath and Yogic mindfulness. We conclude with a 5-10 minute shavasana or guided meditation to integrate your body's development and the recovery and expansion of your body's energy systems.
