Brisbane Domestic Airport-Once landed go directly to luggage carousel collect your luggage, the Driver will come in once the flight has landed with your nameboard we are given only 20mins COLLECT-LOAD - GO (by the minute charges will apply after this, which will be passed on if it is not an Airline/Airport Problem).

Brisbane International Airport- We will meet you when you exit customs Hall into terminal, turn left driver will be waiting with your nameboard near “Coffee Club” again we are given limited time to COLLECT-LOAD & GO.

Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport- International- Directly in front of the exit door from customs with nameboard.

Domestic- As you exit from arrivals to luggage carousel drivers wait in front of the doors with nameboard.

NB: Where do we meet you at Hotels etc: Must be ready to leave and waiting in Lobby at Departure time which is given on Confirmation.
