Byron Bay Half Day Surf Lesson

Jump on board for a half day learn to surf adventure! Small groups, uncrowded perfect waves and a great selection of beautiful beaches, from Byron Bay to Lennox Head. The highly-qualified instructors at the surf school are dedicated to providing you with a totally awesome surfing experience.

You'll be picked up from the town centre or from your (selected) accommodation, meet your surf coaches, listen to some cool tunes and head down to the beach.Your surf coach will select the best beach for learning depending on the conditions that day (there are a wide selection of beaches to choose from Byron Bay to Lennox Head). After your lesson you can check out your surf photos and before being transferred back to your pick up location. 

During your surfing lesson your instructor will be in the water with you, helping with correct paddling techniques, teaching you how to catch waves and how to turn, and talking about wave selection and understanding the elements of the ocean. Your instructor will also teach surf safety and awareness. The instructors go through thorough in-house performance assessment and training sessions on a regular basis and are hand-picked for their passion and enthusiasm for surfing. Great instructors make a world of difference!
