From the moment we pick you up from your port in our private luxury transport. Chef Naomi Moyle and her team will start to educate you on all the unique and wonderful produce we have at our back doorstep in Tasmania’s North West.

We take the scenic coast drive allowing for ample photo stops to the Kentish region and the very start of the Cradle Mountain Gateway. It’s here where your mouth will start to water as you will visit a working Truffle Farm, one of Tasmania’s largest Saffron growers, Olive Oil, award winning Winery and more.
