A boutique wine tasting tour is a great way to enjoy the vineyards of the valley. Take a sensory excursion and gain insights into wine making, meet passionate winemakers and enjoy a memorable experience. Hunter Distillery originally commenced the production of limited edition premium organic vodkas. It is the first 100 per cent organic distillery in Australia and, they believe, the Southern Hemisphere.

As a result of initial success of the Distillery's famous award winning Valli Vodkas, winning gold in the prestigious San Francisco world spirits competition and silver in London International Wine and spirits competition, it was resolved to establish an expanded, state of the art, distillery in heart of Pokolbin, which opened in 2013.

The Piggs Peake cellar door is as quirky as the wines it nurtures and there never seems to be a slow day. Now in its 30th year Mistletoe is a proven, and consistent maker of high quality table wines.

Mistletoe is not just another Cellar Door, it is a genuine working vineyard and winery.

All the wine we sell is made in our dedicated onsite winery and is exclusively available for purchase at our cellar door which also is home to Pokolbin Fine Art Gallery and the Mistletoe Sculpture Garden.
