With a can do attitude & some Tasmanian ingenuity, this berry producer seemly appeared overnight. However the commitment and belief in producing the best are nothing short of extraordinary. The simply delicious jams, ice-cream, chutneys & relishes without forgetting the fresh berries when in season makes this a fantastic paddock to plate producer. Oops, the handmade chocolates are delectable too!
