I've been working in the Wine Industry for years and the Hunter Valley is my home. I'm born and bred here in Australia and know all the secrets in the Hunter Valley. I know all the best spots to visit... and all the best wines and best cheeses.

I love meeting people from all over the world and luckily for you - Wine & Cheese is my specialty! Wine & Cheese are my passion. My true loves. Showing people intimately and personally, on a tour, all the best parts of this great wine region, all the amazing flavours and all the views in this great area, is incredibly satisfying. These are all my favourite things coming together for this Experience. I will teach you about the main varietals of grapes and wine in the Hunter Valley! I'll show you the main cheeses. And teach you how to taste, analyse and enjoy wine. Like a pro!

We will stop off at the iconic Smelly Cheese Shop before we finish off our tour! Here you will get to try a large assortment of cheeses, have a look through an amazing range of products! and even get a gelato if you like!
