If you have a sweet tooth, then this is the tour for you! Discover what makes Cairns special while you taste and indulge your way through the streets, sampling a variety of scrumptious treats. Make sure you have room in your stomach because you will be stopping at four specially selected venues to sample their delights including cakes, chocolates and gelato showcasing local ingredients. You will also enjoy a coffee or tea, hear some interesting facts about the area and can purchase some yummy goodies to take with you.

Walking with a small group of like-minded sweet lovers is the best way to explore Cairns – and remember all calories consumed are cancelled by the walking!

Itinerary

Your guide will take you through the streets of the Cairns city, sharing some of Cairns' history and interesting stories. You will also be stopping to look at some street art and sculptures along the way.

You will be taken to four specially selected venues to taste a variety of locally made sweet treats, which could include delightful cakes, chocolate and ice-cream. You will also enjoy a coffee or tea at one of the stops where you can relax and take your time to savour the food on offer.

Although this is a walking tour, the distances covered are quite short because the highlight is the food.
