All roads lead to the Barossa but only one really makes you discover the hinterland. You will pass by the way of the pupils, this magnificent road, full of character and life, which crosses the villages and the hilly and forested landscapes of the Adelaïde Hills. The hills will gradually give way to vines that will quickly create the ideal atmosphere for your tastings.

During 3 tastings of wines in vineyards very different from each other you will learn to better know the grape varieties of the region. Shiraz (Syrah) is by far the most common but the region is also rich in Cabernet, Sauvignon, Riesling and Chardonnay. You will also discover the history of the winemakers who mix creativity, know-how and tradition to continue their common passion while maintaining their identity. From scenic tastings you will continue your escape in the winding roads of Puddle Creek where is a small jewel of 14 hectares, Gorge Wildlife Park to discover the fauna so emblematic to Australia. What a great experience to approach kangaroos, wallabies and koalas.
