Whale Watching Kayak Tour from Batemans Bay

This is the best way to use a Carbon Neutral travel to find migrating whales as they cruise north in Winter and south in Spring along the NSW south coast. You will be using double expedition style sea kayaks to explore the ocean and search for wildlife, this tour also makes a stop on secluded beaches for a delicious morning tea and leg stretches, and a return journey exploring rocky ledges and coves. The group will depart from any quiet location, depending where the whales have been spotted!

This kayak tour starts with an introduction of the equipment and paddle practice at the start location. Your guides will show you everything you need to know.

Once you're on the water your guides will lead you to some amazing locations in search of whales, seals and other marine life! The tour does make a stop for snacks and often guests choose to swim, explore on foot or relax. The tour returns to the vehicles in a different direction and is a fantastic half day adventure.

The kayaks are large, stable and comfortable, you can bring anything you like, including;
• Drinking water
• Clothes suitable for active adventure
• Hats
• Sun cream
• Waterproof camera or go pro
• towel and swimmers
• goggles
• Change of clothes for the end
