Stop At: Besh Barmag Mountain, Siyazan Azerbaijan

Mystique Beshbarmaq mountain.The dull scenery north of Baku gets an unexpectedly abrupt and dramatic boost with the looming silhouette of 520m Beshbarmaq Dash (Five Finger Mountain). This mystical peak brandishes a rocky fistful of phallic crags atop a super-steep grassy ridge top. It’s well worth climbing to the summit, not just for the fabulous Caspian views, but also to observe first hand Azerbaijan’s unique take on ‘Islam’. Crowds of locals come here seeking good fortune, a child, or the answer to their problems using a mixture of prayer, sacrifice, chanting and very animist kissing of rocks.

The second destination will be Guba city, which is located in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Azerbaijan. On the way to Guba, our guests will visit the unique settlement of Jews in mountains, "Caucasian Jerusalem" - the Red Town.

Stop At: Quba, Quba, Guba-Khachmaz Region

After a two-hour journey, we'll make our first stop in the city of Quba. Standing at 1,969 feet (600 metres) above sea level, this city is famed for its rug making and apple harvesting.
We'll discover the most emblematic places in the old capital of the Quba Khanate, which was founded in the 15th century. The most notable monuments include the Djuma mosque, one of the area's largest Islamic temples, and the Genocide Memorial Complex, dedicated to the victims of the March Days massacres in 1918.

Stop At: Shahdag Mountain Resort, Gusar-Laza Road KM 29, Qusar Azerbaijan

The Shahdag Mountain Resort Complex was open to the public in 2012. It is located in the Azerbaijan's Greater Caucasus range, the site is located near Shahdag National Park, which is known for having an intact ecological system and an untouched flora and fauna.

It is the first and largest ski resort in Azerbaijan. Plans for the project include 10-12 3 star hotels, golf-clubs, 160-180 cottages, Aqua Park and other objects (places for living of employees, car parks, workshops for technical works etc.) in the complex.
