Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival: Paro International Airport & transfer to Thimphu, capital city of Bhutan

Stop At: Thimphu Chorten (Memorial Chorten), Thimphu Bhutan
You will be received by our representative at the airport after your immigration formalities & drive towards Thimphu. Your first stop at Tamchoe; stretch your legs and arms and breathe fresh air and walk down to bridge. Visit Tamchoe monastery at another side of the river crossing the new bridge (where you can also have a look of Iron chained bridge, scenic river view, and photo shoot if you wish)

Afternoon activity at Thimphu: visit National Memorial Chorten, Craft Bazar, Buddha point (the 169 feet bronze statue of Buddha Dordenma to view a spectacular and beautiful night view of Thimphu city & town.

Overnight Stay at the hotel in Thimphu

Stop At: Buddha Dordenma, Kuensel Phodrang Viewing Point, Thimphu 11001 Bhutan
Buddha point (the 169 feet bronze statue of Buddha Dordenma to view a spectacular and beautiful night view of Thimphu city & town.
Duration: 30 minutes

• Lunch: lunch will be arranged as per the convenient of the route of our sightseeing at any convenient place
• Dinner: Dinner in the same hotel as you halt a night

Day 2: Day2: Douchla Pass, Thimphu & Paro Bhutan

Stop At: Dochula Pass, Thimphu Bhutan
Full day sightseeing in Thimphu & Dochula pass:

After breakfast drive to Dochula Pass (Elevation: 1300 m) the 108 chortens. You can enjoy the views of the eastern Himalaya ranges if the weather favors. Drive back to Thimphu & visit Bhutan Postal Museum. Afternoon activity at Thimphu: After the lunch visit Bhutan Postal Museum, Royal Textile Academy, National Library, Folk Heritage Museum & Trashichhodzong. Evening drive to Paro for the halt. Day 3: Tiger’s Nest, Paro

Stop At: Paro Taktsang, Taktsang Trail BT, Paro Bhutan
Start a day with a hike to Tiger’s Nest. An hour or more will reach at Cafeteria point where you can enjoy the stunning view of monastery decorated with Prayer flags all over the cliffs and this is also where Guru Padmasambhava landed on the back of a tigress in the 8th century. You may visit the cafeteria for refreshment and proceed further another an hour or more to visit a monastery or can return back to the basement from the cafeteria.

Afternoon activity at Paro:

Stop At: Rinpung Dzong, Paro Bhutan
Visit Paro Ringpung Dzong, this 15th-century massive fortress/monastery, is also the administrative center of the district.

Ta-Dzong – Build as a watchtower the Ta Dzong, it was converted into the National Museum in 1968. The museum boasts antique Thangka, textiles, weapons and armor, household objects and the rich assortment of natural and historic artifacts.

Evening visit Paro Valley / Town

The beautiful valley is home to many of Bhutan's old monasteries and temples. Where the country's International Airport located. The valley is also home to mount Chomolhari (7,300 meters) situated at the northern end of the valley whose glacier water forms the Pachu flowing through the valley.
