3 Day Safari In Khwai Concession, Botswana

We invite you to explore in full the Khwai Concession and experience the Khwai on this 3-Day Safari. Your days here will be spent on game viewing and enjoying the bush and the drylands of Khwai. Beside game viewing, you can also expect to have other activity of mokoro (canoe) excursion and Night Game Drive. Join and take your chance to see the Big Five of Africa!

Itinerary

Day 1: Maun-Khwai Concession

Pass By: Khwai Concession, Moremi Game Reserve Botswana
Wake up early morning and have breakfast and your guide will pick you up from your lodge and brief you about the trip. Then depart to Khwai Concession. Upon arrival, the staff will set up the camp, then direct you to your camping tents. After a short while, you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy afresh shower and then dinner will be served. The time for bed will be determined by the last guest.


Meals included:
• Lunch: Light afternoon lunch-Cold meats, salad breads and fruit and 3lts of bottled water per person per day.
• Dinner: Dinner-3 courses, soup, a main and desert and wine for dinner. A limited supply of local soft drinks.
Accommodation included: Walk-in 3m x 3m tents with comfortable fully made bedrolls on stretchers. Shared toilet tent and shower tent.


Day 2: Khwai Concession

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea you leave the camp for 3 hours Mokoro (Canoe) Excursion in Khwai. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon Mokoro Excursion, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served. After dinner you go for a night Game drive, after game drive you return back to the camp.


Meals included:
• Breakfast: Early breakfast- Cereals, rusks tea and coffee.

Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.

• Lunch: Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salad bread and fruit and 3lts of bottled water per person per day.

• Dinner: Dinner- 2 courses, either soup and a main or a main desert and a couple of glasses of wine for dinner will be supplied.
Accommodation included: Walk-in 3m x 3m tents with comfortable fully made bedrolls on stretchers.

Shared toilet tent and shower tent.


Day 3: Khwai Concession-Maun

Pass By: Khwai Concession, Moremi Game Reserve Botswana
Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then go for a short game drive within the park while the staff breaks down the camp before coming back to Maun where your safari will end.

Meals included:
• Breakfast: Early breakfast- Cereals, rusks tea and coffee.

Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.

• Lunch: Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salad bread and fruit and 3 liters of bottled water per person per day.

Accommodation included: Walk-in 3m x 3m tents with comfortable fully made bedrolls on stretchers.

Shared toilet tent and shower tent.
