The FIT Functional Movement is a group of people who struggle against sedentariness and stress, with the goal of leading a lighter, healthier and leaner life.

I have created groups of people that meet 3x a week for 60 minutes to have fun, share our struggle for a healthier life, and train through functional outdoor training, in a connection to nature, seeking a better spiritual balance.

In our meetings we perform functional training using all the physical capacities to strengthen our body and consequently to lose weight, gaining muscle mass and more health. It has nothing to do with bodybuilding, quite the contrary, it is a totally innovative way to train the whole body!
