Guided Tasting

When Visiting the Bale Family, the Visitor will know the entire winemaking process, visit the basement, learn about the different processes of winemaking and taste the wines in a private environment, harmonizing with sausages and honey.

Itinerary

Visit accompanied by an oenologist or responsible for the winery, presenting the history and structure explaining the information with more technical content. Following, we go to a more reserved space where a tasting will take place.

Service:
- Each person can choose 4 wines (we have 2 selections as suggestion that harmonize with the accompaniments). The dosage of each wine is approximately 80ml, the same are served at the same time for comparison possibilities. Each person can assemble their personalized selection.
- Served accompaniments of 2 types of cheeses, 2 sausages, grissini and honey (not a meal).
- Water without gas at will.
