From the top of Pedra Bonita you will see: Cristo Redentor, Ipanema, Leblon, Arpoador, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, Morro dos Irmãos, São Conrado Beach, Barra da Tijuca Beaches, Rocinha, Vidigal, as well as being very close to the famous Pedra da Gávea.

Because of its privileged location, the Pedra Bonita region also has the only free flight takeoff ramp in the city of Rio de Janeiro, from where it is possible to fly from Asa Delta or Parapente.

Itinerary

The Pedra Bonita Trail is one of the lightest in Rio, with a length of 1,257 meters that is beaten in about 40 minutes of walking. The Stone is located on the border of the neighborhoods of São Conrado and Barra da Tijuca and the main access is by São Conrado. From its plateau you can see the entire length of the Tijuca Forest, the main beaches on the Rio waterfront and Pedra da Gávea, especially the Emperor's Head, which faces the Pedra Bonita.
