The Park is an open-air museum that reconstructs the former Dutch immigrant colony that, along with other ethnic groups, gave rise to the city of Carambeí, in Campos Gerais, Paraná.

More than 30 km long, the canyon is the sixth longest in the world and the longest in Brazil. Although it is very long, it is not deep, reaching only 450 meters deep.

This formation arose a few million years ago when an earthquake broke a large block of sandstone in two parts. The trail passes through these walls, which are about 1.5 meters apart. At some points, the walls can reach 70 meters high.

The Buraco do Padre is a cave with a waterfall of 30 meters inside, formed by the Quebra Perna River, which forms an underground amphitheater.
