It was founded in 1632 by the Jesuits in the Americas during the period of Spanish colonization. After crossing the Brazil-Argentina customs, it is about 250 km to reach the Jesuit Ruins of San Ignacio, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984. It was built in what can be called the "Guarani Baroque" and can be considered the most spectacular example of the 30 missions built by the Jesuits in a territory that currently comprises Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
The tour proposes a visit to one of the Jesuit oldest works of the region, where you can appreciate the architecture of its buildings in carved stone, with sculptural details of baroque origin, interpreted and developed by indigenous artists of the time. During the trip there is a system of didactic animation, with sound and light, producing a beautiful spectacle.

Located 60 kilometers from the border with Foz do IguaƧu, Argentina, Minas de Wanda hides true gems. With 300-meter tunnels, we find semi-precious stones such as agate, amethyst, topaz, jasper and different types of quartz, which can be appreciated in addition to the different mining, workshops and exhibition halls. In addition to the mine area, you will find other agricultural and forestry developments.
After the exploration, we continue to the store, where pieces of decoration and jewelry are sold with the stones extracted from the local mines. In addition to the brightness of the stones, the tourist circuit offers the possibility of accompanying the stoning of the stones. A collection of local species is exhibited at the Museu de Pedras.
The park houses specialty shops where you can buy raw or processed samples. The mine is small and the tour is fast. Lasts approximately 60 minutes. The tour ends with a lunch in the restaurant "El Minero", where the traditional Argentine barbecue is served.
