Increasingly the SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is better known and has more fans around the world. Here in Recife would not  be different. With an extensive coastline, very beautiful and conducive to the practice of sup, Pernambuco is one of the regions that has everything to do with the SUP.

Practicing sports is not difficult, however requires knowledge of techniques for paddling power more efficiently and with the correct posture to minimize the risk of muscular injuries and others. You also need basic knowledge of security.

We always recommend people do sup class so they can paddle safely always.

We are qualified to sup with the certification statement Brazilian Confederation of SUP, the CBSUP along with CBS (Brazilian Confederation of SUP), ABASUP and Brazil's Navy. We also have course by the American Canoe Association-ACA, North American centenary entity with regard to paddle sports.

Tour starts at 10:00 when our driver will pick you up at your Hotel in Recife. We will drive south and journey takes about 30 minutes. Arriving in Jaboatão River we will take to our Marina where you will be able to change clothes and drink a fresh cocount water. You will have a 20 minutes theoric class about the activity. After this we will go take to your board and go to the water for about 40 minutes inside the river. Where you will be able to see mangroves and animals. An espetacular feeling of nature all around you. After the activity you still have an hour of free time  to eat in our restaurant ( meal and drink not included ) that has fresh fish everyday.
