Praia dos Amores, about 6km from the city center, has a rough and dangerous sea for children. Its sand is thick and the water clean. The infrastructure is good, since the beach has restaurants, street vendors and even a club near the beach. It is sought after by young people and surfers.
Walking towards the left side of the beach, it changes its name and becomes Brava Beach, where it borders Itajaí.
