▪ Ponta de Nossa Senhora Beach is a beach located in the northern part of the island of the Friars, Salvador, Bahia. It is between the Morro de Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe and Outeiro dos Carneiros. It is one of the most sought after beaches on the Isle of the Friars because of its calm, warm and crystalline waters, great for bathing, fishing, diving and other water sports. It also has beach huts, which guarantee the comfort of the tourist, serving seafood and fish.

At the top is a small relic of baroque architecture, the little church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the local patroness. The construction is from the seventeenth century has been recently renovated but retains all original features.
