Our itinerary was developed for a trip outside the traditional tourist route of Rio de Janeiro.
We start the day as a trail between two beautiful beaches. It will be an activity of approximately 1 hour.
Drive to famous beaches for their access roads and natural beauty. Let's enjoy the look and have a bath in the sea!
This tour is approximately 1 hour long.
Let's enjoy a Stand Up now? A region of mangrove vegetation with calm waters and good for diving.
After a basic instruction, you will be able to paddle through the mangrove without worry.
Here we stop to enjoy a lunch!
After a swim in the sea, we stop at a seafront restaurant bar with that look, enjoy good music and mix with Cariocas who are always ready for high conversations.

Itinerary

The tour lasts a full day.
Where the goal is to resort to the most beautiful places allowing interaction with nature, through outdoor activities of easily accessible places, where there is inclusion with the local culture and cariocas.
The first activity is a light walking trail, located on Recreio beach. The goal is to see all the beaches we will visit. The look is beautiful and the duration is 1 hour.
Then we will go to Grumari beach. The goal is to know the famous beach, and enjoy that sea bath. Duration 1 hour and a half.
Now it's time to go STAND UP PADDLE or Kayaking in a region known for its diversity, such as mangroves and beaches. Let's head towards Barra de Guaratiba. Duration 2 hours.
Stop for lunch by the sea.
Paddling towards the calm beaches.
Enjoy a seafront bar waiting for the sunset in the very carioca style with happy and contagious people to the sound of live music.
It will be 10 hours of tour and expected to arrive at the hotel at 20 hours.
