09:00 - Reception in the garden of Cristofoli Winery.
Welcome and presentation of the Cristofoli Family history in Brazil since its coming from northern Italy with accompaniment of the winery owners.
Visit to the winery accompanied by the winemaker and presentation about our Terroir and wine making style.
Walk to Casa Adesso's organic fine grape vineyard, with grapes harvested and tasted directly from the foot. You will pick your grapes and be guided by the winemakers to learn how to work with the vines throughout the year, what are the cultural treatments and where the grapes ripen.
Reception in the vineyard with songs of Italian immigration.
Stepping on the old-fashioned grapes, celebrating the abundance of the vintage.
Delicious snack served in the vineyard with a menu of breads, cold cuts and regional cheeses and grape cuca, accompanied by Cristofoli Fine Wines, still water and whole red grape juice.
Visit to Casa Adesso - organic and regional store.
