Take part in one of the most extreme winter adventures that we offer in Rila mountain. Feel the forest spirit and listen to the silence of the mountain trails while riding your snowmobile over the untouched snow. We promise you an adventure you won’t forget!

The tracks you’ll be driving on are in the Panichiste winter resort area which is situated half an hour from Sofia. The route starts at Lovna Hut and proceeds to Zekiritza area where we’ll find unforgettable views, lots of snow and many surprises. The Skidoos look big, but they are very easy to drive. Don’t forget your camera and be ready to spend about 2 hours in the outdoors at below zero temperatures!

This Day trip starts at 09:00 am when your English speaking driver will take you from your hotel.

We leave for Rila mountain and our destination is “Pionerska” Hut which is located in the locality “Goliamoto selishte” at 1520 m above sea level, in the northwest Rila, 95 km. from Sofia and 17 km. from the town of Sapareva Banya. It can be reached on a well-maintained asphalt road even in severe winter conditions. An hour and a half drive from Sofia will take you to the parking of Pionerska Hut and there our representative will be waiting for you. They will be your snowmobile guides!

Your adventure will start with a few important instructions on how to handle the snowmobile:
- When you arrive and before you start operating the snowmobile, you’ll have to sign a declaration that you haven’t been using prior the driving takes place any alcohol or drugs and that you take the whole responsibility for yourself. We will assess your physical condition, then split the groups for the snowmobiles, helmets, protectors, check of the clothes and equipment and so on.
- We’ll take our luggage on the snowmobiles and leave it at Lovna Hut, situated at 1670m. The Seven Rila lakes are just 1.6km away
- From there we depart for our snow adventure!

Duration of this route is between 1 and 2 hours depending on your choice, after which we go back to Lovna Hut where warm herbal tea, wine with honey and cinnamon, tasty soups and meatballs will be waiting for us. We have lunch and then embark to our next destination – the healing Sapareva Banya springs. After the chilly snowmobile experience we’ve just had, we’ll be able to enjoy the heavenly warm waters of the springs!

The mineral water of Sapareva Banya is clear, transparent, smells like hydrogen sulfide, and we’ll be able to get to bath in it. There are a big water pool and private bathrooms which can be reserved in advance. We will spend there about 2 hours. After that, we depart for Sofia.
